The Rare Breed FRT-15L3 Flat is the flat-bow variant of the original FRT-15L3. Everything is mechanically identical to the standard FRT-15L3 — same patented forced reset mechanism, same single-stage operation, same 3-position selector compatibility — with a flat trigger shoe preferred by many shooters for a more consistent finger placement and even pull feel.
The flat bow version is especially popular with competitive and precision shooters who prefer a straight-across contact surface. It installs in the same mil-spec AR-15 lower as any FRT-15L3 and requires the same 3-position selector.

What is the difference between FRT-15L3 and FRT-15L3 Flat?
The only difference is the trigger bow shape. The standard FRT-15L3 has a curved bow; the Flat version has a straight, flat shoe. Both are mechanically identical in terms of the forced reset mechanism, pull weight, and selector compatibility.
Does the flat bow version need a different selector?
