Product details
The LR-308 Super Safety Lever is machined from solid 4140 steel and finished with a deep black DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) coating, providing superior wear resistance and corrosion protection. This lever is designed exclusively for pure DPMS/LR-308 pattern rifles and requires proper setup and correct component matching.
Compatibility: This lever was designed to work with LR-308 carriers that feature a trip point. The KAK LR-308 carrier was used for testing. Other carriers may or may not work, so inspecting to ensure that a trip point is present is the best way to check compatibility.
Assembly: The lever should be installed with the cam into the lower in the same way as the original. The hammer should be placed in the fallen position prior to installing the upper, this allows the lever to swing further forward and not interfere with the trip point on the carrier.
